Where Do We Offer Delivery to
At Berko Furniture, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers. Currently, we offer delivery to the UK Mainland. However, specific exclusions may apply. Please refer to the diagram below for detailed information on our delivery page below.
What Can We Do For You ?
Usually within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us through submitting ticket or emailing to berkofurniture@gmail.com.
The standard lead time for in-stock products is 2-3 weeks, depending on the stock level. However, the lead time can vary between 3-10 weeks for products out of stock, depending on the specific product in question. You can locate more information on this on the respective product page.

Help Centre Portal: Submit Your Ticket
If you change your mind before your items are dispatched, you can request a cancellation by contacting customer service team via help Centre submitting ticket.
All cancellation requests are subject to review from the shipping warehouse where your order is shipping from to see if it is possible to cancel and may require 2 business days before the request is acknowledged. If the cancellation request is confirmed on our end, you will receive an email and a refund for the item and the delivery cost within 10 business days. Keep in mind that once your order is listed as ‘Preparing for Shipping’ by our selected carrier, we cannot guarantee successful cancellation. If the cancellation request is denied you will receive an email and can follow the return process.
