At Berko Furniture, we are dedicated to providing efficient delivery services to our valued customers. Presently, we offer delivery exclusively to the UK Mainland. However, please note that specific exclusions may apply.

What Is The Lead Time?
The standard lead time for in-stock products is 2-3 weeks, depending on the stock level. However, the lead time can vary between 3-10 weeks for products out of stock, depending on the specific product in question. You can locate more information on this on the respective product page.
What Are The Delivery Costs?
At this time, Berko Furniture is only able to deliver standard orders to Mainland UK. The delivery charge is dependent on the weight of the order, which you can find on the individual product page or at the checkout page. Please refer to the diagram below for confirmation of delivery charges.
What Are The Delivery Terms?
All orders are to be booked at least 48 hours prior to their expected arrival and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the order details and delivery addresses are accurate. Any sort of personal unavailability and/or parking restrictions should be clarified beforehand to eliminate unnecessary delays. In case there is no recipient at the delivery address, Berko Furniture will return the goods at their respected warehouse facility and reserve the right to recharge the customer for the delivery again.
Before the acceptance of final goods, it is the responsibility of the customer to visually inspect the packaging and the product to ensure everything is in perfect condition. In case of any damages incurred during the delivery process, it is mandatory for the customer to report the problem at the earliest preferably with in 48 hours.
Please acknowledge that Berko Range's delivery service is active all seven days of the week from 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Unless prearranged, our deliveries are made to residences on the ground floor only.
You can book additional service if you wish to have it delivered to your property in case you live on 1st floor and above (multi-storey building). This is a subject of £20 charge (1st and 2nd floor) or £40 (3rd and 4th floor). We are unable to deliver to a specific room within a house. The surcharge is to be paid on delivery directly to the drivers and booked with us while placing an order on our website.

Yes, You can track the delivery through tracking link from courier if available and we will keep update your delivery status each time ( your order as it moves through processing stages and shipping updates such as monitor shipping and delivery progress, including estimated delivery dates and shipment location updates)

If you change your mind before your items are dispatched, you can request a cancellation by contacting customer service team via help Centre submitting ticket.
All cancellation requests are subject to review from the shipping warehouse where your order is shipping from to see if it is possible to cancel and may require 2 business days before the request is acknowledged. If the cancellation request is confirmed on our end, you will receive an email and a refund for the item and the delivery cost within 10 business days. Keep in mind that once your order is listed as ‘Preparing for Shipping’ by our selected carrier, we cannot guarantee successful cancellation. If the cancellation request is denied you will receive an email and can follow the return process.
